Payment & Cancellations
Some of our Services may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment of a one-time fee or recurring subscription fee. By purchasing or subscribing to any paid Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the Service you select.
Payments will be charged in U.S. dollars. Your payment method will be charged upon purchase or enrolment in a subscription and for recurring subscriptions, at the beginning of each applicable renewal period.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete payment information. If your payment information is inaccurate, expired, or otherwise unable to be processed, we may not be able to enrol for subscription. You authorize us to use updated payment information provided by your payment card provider, where available, to process applicable subscription or service charges.
Subscription Payments and Automatic Renewal
Certain Services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis, including monthly, annual, or other billing intervals disclosed to you before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each applicable subscription period. At each renewal, your payment method will be charged the then-current subscription fee.
We may change our subscription fees from time to time. If a price change affects your recurring subscription, we will provide notice where required by applicable law. Any new pricing will generally apply beginning with the next applicable subscription period following the effective date of the price change.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize us to continue charging your payment method for each renewal period until you cancel your subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process made available to you or by contacting us through the designated support channel.
If you cancel your subscription during an active subscription period, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current paid subscription period unless otherwise stated. You may continue to access and use the applicable Services through the remainder of the period for which you have already paid, subject to any other applicable terms or restrictions.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, credit, reimbursement, or prorated refund for any amount already paid.
No Refunds
ALL PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once payment has been successfully processed for a Service or subscription, we do not provide refunds or credits, including where you subsequently cancel your subscription.
This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you:
- Cancel shortly after making the purchase;
- Cancel in the middle of a subscription period;
- Do not use the Service;
- Use only part of the Service;
- Decide that you no longer need the Service;
- Change your mind after purchasing;
- Purchase the Service in error; or
- Fail to use the Service for the remainder of the applicable subscription period.
If you cancel a subscription, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period. Your cancellation will simply prevent the subscription from renewing for the next applicable billing period.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise cannot be successfully processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the applicable Services until the outstanding payment has been received.
You remain responsible for any fees properly incurred prior to the suspension or termination of your account.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly, you agree to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Because subscription and service payments are non-refundable, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically create a right to a refund. Where appropriate, we may provide the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer with information relating to your purchase, account, subscription, cancellation, and acceptance of these terms.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Acknowledgment of Payment Terms
By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable pricing and subscription terms and agree that payments are non-refundable.
If you do not agree to these payment and cancellation terms, you should not purchase or subscribe to the applicable Service.
